It’s well overdue that I give everyone an update on Team Australia heading over to the IFCS World Agility Championships in Dallas (Fort Worth) Texas USA.

Firstly to reiterate our Team Australia Team Members

The Team came together for a full training weekend on 31 March & 1 April, with interstaters flying into Brisbane…. We had sessions that covered Mental and Physical Prep (thanks to Rhonda Anderson of Fit And Well) as well as a recap from 2010 Team Australia team members, which provided valuable insight for new team members as helped to develop and build team spirit. We even got to watch video of a number of our Host Dogs. The team would like to especially thank PADS for use of their club and facilities. We would also like to thank the following members for bringing/loaning their dogs for the practical sessions (my sincere apologies if I’ve missed anyone):

Asa Anderson
Jen Deuis
Jeanette Durante
Angela Hammond
Sue Moon
Barbara Tuck
Glenn & Marion Wessling
David Yould

The team created the following motto which, I hope you agree, is a great representation of how we would like our team to be perceived:

To show the world that Team Australia is a committed and focused unit where team mates stand side by side and help each other to show other IFCS countries that Aussies are a force to be reckoned with on the international stage.

And to announce our Host Team Dogs, and their owners….
