These forms are for people joining ADAA for the first time. Upon initial membership of ADAA (any category) registration of 1 dog is at no cost to the member. Registration of additional dog(s) with initial membership application or at a later date will be charged at a fee of $10.00 per dog. View the Membership Fees here.
If you are using the printed forms you will need to fill out a form for yourself, and a form for your dog(s). If you are using the online application form, dog registration is included on the form. If you are printing the forms to fill in, remember to print your form plus however many dog registration forms are required.
Please remember to include your email address if you would like ‘Electronic’ membership. ‘Electronic’ memberships are unable to to be processed without an email address.

You may not enter an ADAA competition without having received your ADAA membership confirmation and registration details from ADAA.
